Shipping Information for Christmas 2023
The last day to order your item to ensure it is delivered in time for Christmas is shown below:
Standard shipping: 2pm (EST) on Friday 15th December.
Our warehouse will be closed for Christmas with no orders to be despatched on the following dates (Sat 23rd, Sun 24th, Mon 25th, Sat 30th, Sun 31st Dec, Mon 1st Jan).
Shipping Information
Shipping is available within the continental United States. Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding national holidays), we do not despatch or deliver on weekends. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) will be processed the following working day. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for deliveries that are late.
US Standard delivery is charged at $10. A single order can include up to 10 items for which the shipping prices are fixed. Delivery times are a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Please note that we currently do not ship items to Canada, Guam or Puerto Rico due to the import duty and taxes applied to deliveries from the US, which are out of our control. We also do not currently ship to Hawaii and Alaska due to exceptionally high courier charges outside of the continental United States.
Availability
Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will tell you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Please note that dispatch estimates are not guaranteed and that dispatch times should not be relied upon as such.
Due to increased orders during sale periods availability may become more limited. If we are unable to deliver goods you have purchased during this period we will tell you as quickly as possible and a refund will be provided.
