Shipping Information for Christmas 2023
The last day to order your item to ensure it is delivered in time for Christmas is shown below:
Standard shipping: 2pm (EST) on Friday 15th December.
Our warehouse will be closed for Christmas with no orders to be despatched on the following dates (Sat 23rd, Sun 24th, Mon 25th, Sat 30th, Sun 31st Dec, Mon 1st Jan). Shipping Information
Shipping is available within the continental United States. Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding national holidays), we do not despatch or deliver on weekends. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) will be processed the following working day. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for deliveries that are late. US Standard delivery is charged at $10. A single order can include up to 10 items for which the shipping prices are fixed. Delivery times are a guide only and are not guaranteed. Please note that we currently do not ship items to Canada, Guam or Puerto Rico due to the import duty and taxes applied to deliveries from the US, which are out of our control. We also do not currently ship to Hawaii and Alaska due to exceptionally high courier charges outside of the continental United States.

Items that are purchased from Friday 24th November 2023 can be returned to us anytime up to 8th January 2024 for a refund.
Returns Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, all USA orders can be returned free of charge using our pre-paid service with the USPS. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging and within 30 days of receipt. To return your items please follow the guide on your delivery note.
Alternatively you can return the items via a courier of your choice, but we’re afraid that this will be at your own expense. We would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed and any refund to be issued. Please note that all delivery charges are non-refundable.
