Right now Gola USA offers online and phone ordering only. If you like, you can visit your local store to view their selections of Gola USA merchandise. Keep in mind that availability and price may vary between each store and online.

TRACKING

After an order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number.
Since all our shipments are sent via UPS, you can find out the status of your order at http://ups.com or 1-800-pick-ups.

Important Guidelines Regarding Shipments:

UPS Ground: All orders placed should be processed in 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays).

Customers who place their order and request UPS Ground should receive order up to 7 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If you are not completely satisfied with your unworn purchase, please return in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods along with original packing slip. We cannot be responsible for misdirected or lost shipments.

EXCHANGES

To exchange for a different size or color, please return in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods along with original packing slip. Please indicate size change or color change for the replacement item. If replacement item cannot be provided we will credit your account minus shipping.

CANCEL/MODIFY

We will try to accommodate every request in a timely manner if your order has not already shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Department via email for all requests.
