All footwear styles listed on the site are US sizes. We do not currently offer half sizes or varying width fittings. Due to the nature of footwear production fit can vary from style to style, we can not guarantee a style will fit an individual.

Delivery Information for Christmas 2019

The last day to order your item to ensure it is delivered in time for Christmas is shown below:

Standard UPS delivery: Friday 13th December.  

Returns Information for Christmas 2019

Items that are purchased from Friday 29th November 2019 can be returned to us anytime up to 15th January 2020 for either a replacement size or a full refund.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding national holidays), we do not despatch or deliver on weekends. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) will be processed the following working day. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for deliveries that are late. US Standard delivery is charged at $8. A single order can include up to 10 items for which the shipping prices are fixed. Delivery times are a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Returns Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, all USA orders can be returned free of charge using our pre-paid service with the USPS. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging and within 14 days of receipt. To return your items please follow the guide on your delivery note. 

Alternatively you can return the items via a courier of your choice, but we’re afraid that this will be at your own expense. We would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
